Lemon Ladies

I met Marissa McClellan at a canning event a few years ago. I love her book: Food in Jars. She mentioned a few weeks ago that she always buys a box of Meyer lemons from California in January so she can make lemon curd and marmalade. And that sounded delicious, so I sent away for some too from the Lemon Ladies. It should be a fun weekend.
